LaserSell is provided by Xen LLC (XEN). These Terms are between you and Xen LLC.

Terms of Service

Effective date: January 6, 2026

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User” or “Client”) and Xen LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) governing your use of our websites, products, and services, including xen.world, lasersell.app, and any related subdomains, software applications, APIs, dashboards, and browser extensions we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Website(s) or Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Website(s) or Services.

1. Services and Relationship

1.1 Description of Services. Xen LLC provides online education, memberships, digital products, communities, and advisory offerings under the “XEN Reality Hacking” brand. Topics include, without limitation, performance and identity development, social strategy and brand building, cybersecurity and “hacker methodology” concepts, astrology-informed decision frameworks, and select content related to manifestation. From time to time we may also provide private mentorship or other premium advisory services.

1.2 LaserSell Services. We also provide LaserSell, proprietary software that may include: (a) a desktop and/or command-line application; (b) license validation and other APIs; (c) a telemetry dashboard and related services; and (d) a browser extension (collectively, the “LaserSell Services”). LaserSell is a software tool that may help you monitor certain on-chain activity and prepare, sign, and/or submit blockchain transactions using third-party networks and providers.

1.3 Non-Custodial; You Control Your Wallet. LaserSell is intended to be non-custodial. You are responsible for your wallet(s), private keys, seed phrase, security practices, and all activity initiated from your devices. We do not take custody of your funds. If you lose access to your wallet, you may lose your funds and we cannot recover them. We do not ask for or collect your seed phrase or private keys. Transaction signing happens locally on your device. Our servers may receive your wallet public key and signed messages needed for license validation and service operation.

1.4 No Professional Advice; No Financial Advice. The Services may include educational content and/or software tools. We are not your therapist, psychologist, attorney, accountant, broker, dealer, investment adviser, financial advisor, or fiduciary, and nothing in the Services constitutes medical, legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions, including any trading decisions and blockchain transactions you make.

1.5 Code of Conduct. All users must comply with the Code of Conduct, which is incorporated by reference. Violations may result in suspension or termination, with or without refund, at XEN’s sole discretion.

1.6 Incorporated Policies. The following documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of this Agreement: (a) our Privacy Policy, (b) our Disclaimer, (c) our Code of Conduct, and (d) any product- or offer-specific terms presented at checkout or within the Service (including any third-party platform terms used for purchase or access, such as Whop). By accessing or purchasing any Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to each Incorporated Policy. Order of Precedence. If there is any conflict between an Incorporated Policy and these Terms, these Terms control; however, the disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liability in the Disclaimer supplement and apply in addition to Sections 5–6 below.

1.7 Third-Party Services and Platforms. The Services (especially LaserSell) may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms, networks, and providers (for example: Whop for licensing/payment; Solana and other public blockchains; third-party RPC and infrastructure providers; third-party protocols and interfaces; and market/price data providers). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security, pricing, outages, terms, or actions. Your use of third-party services may be subject to third-party terms and fees.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age. You represent that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

2.2 Personal Responsibility. Your outcomes—whether related to business, finances, trading performance, social influence, relationships, or personal growth—depend on many factors including your background, effort, resources, timing, market conditions, and third-party platforms. We do not guarantee results.

2.3 Sanctions, Export Controls, and Lawful Use. You represent and warrant that: (a) you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or organized under the laws of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions; (b) you are not a person or entity on any sanctions or restricted party list (including lists maintained by the U.S. government); and (c) you will not use the Services in violation of applicable laws, including sanctions, export controls, anti-money laundering laws, or regulations governing financial crime. You may not use the Services for unlawful activity, including fraud, market manipulation, or attempts to evade sanctions or other legal restrictions.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership. All content, software, code, documentation, trademarks, and materials on the Website(s) and within the Services (including LaserSell) are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

3.2 Limited License. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your own use, subject to this Agreement. For educational content and community materials, this license is for your own personal, non-commercial use. For LaserSell, this license permits you to use the LaserSell software for your own personal or internal purposes (including trading your own wallets consistent with your license), but you may not resell, sublicense, provide access to others (except as expressly permitted by Section 7.9 for a shared wallet), or operate LaserSell as a service bureau/managed service. You may not copy, share, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without our prior written consent.

3.3 LaserSell Software Restrictions. LaserSell is proprietary software. You agree that you will not, and will not assist others to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, underlying ideas, or algorithms of LaserSell; (b) bypass, disable, defeat, or circumvent any licensing, authentication, or security mechanism; (c) share, publish, sell, transfer, sublicense, or make your license key or access credentials available to any third party except as expressly permitted by Section 7.9; (d) use LaserSell in a way that violates any applicable law or third-party terms (including blockchain/protocol rules); or (e) interfere with, overload, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

4.1 Confidentiality. Information you provide to us in coaching or support channels will be treated as confidential except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect our rights or others’ safety.

4.2 Privacy Policy. Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information, including information related to the LaserSell Services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Results

5.1 No Guarantees. We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties—express or implied—about the accuracy or reliability of any content, the availability of any Service, or that any strategy or tool will produce a particular result.

5.2 “As-Is”. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” You use the Services at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your choices and their consequences.

5.3 Results & Earnings Disclaimer. Examples, case studies, or testimonials are exceptional results and do not guarantee that you will achieve similar outcomes in income, trading performance, status, relationships, or any other area. All business, trading, and personal development activities involve risk, and you assume full responsibility.

5.4 LaserSell / Blockchain Risk Disclosures; No Guarantee of Execution or Outcomes. LaserSell may help you monitor and submit transactions on public blockchains and interact with third-party protocols. Blockchain transactions can be irreversible, may fail, may be delayed, and may execute at unfavorable prices due to slippage, MEV, congestion, outages, protocol changes, protocol fees, priority fees, third-party tips, third-party actions, or other conditions. LaserSell may miss events, miss execution windows, fail to detect a buy or sell opportunity, generate an invalid or stale transaction, crash, disconnect, or otherwise malfunction. We do not guarantee transaction execution, speed, pricing, detection, or profitability, and we are not responsible for missed profit windows or your inability to enter or exit a position. You are responsible for setting your own parameters, reviewing what you sign, monitoring your positions, and deciding whether to proceed with any transaction. You can lose some or all funds in your wallet.

5.5 No SLA; Support Not Guaranteed. We do not provide a service-level agreement (SLA) or any uptime guarantee. The Services may experience outages, degraded performance, latency, bugs, or maintenance downtime. Support may be offered at our discretion and may vary in availability and response time. We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from outages, degraded performance, or support delays.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its personnel from claims arising out of your use of the Services or breach of this Agreement.

6.2 Damages Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages.

6.3 Trading Losses; Missed Trades; No Liability for Market Outcomes. Without limiting Sections 5 and 6, we are not liable for any trading losses, missed profit windows, missed buys/sells, failure to execute a trade, failed/partial transactions, stale pricing, MEV, slippage, third-party fees, or any other loss of funds, profits, revenue, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use (or inability to use) LaserSell or any third-party network, provider, or protocol.

7. Payment & Refunds

7.1 Fees. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and are due in full at checkout unless a payment plan is expressly offered.

7.2 Limited Refund Window for Certain Digital Content (24 Hours; <10% Consumed). Because access to certain digital content is granted immediately, refunds for one-time digital content purchases are available only if all of the following are true: (a) you email support@xen.world within 24 hours of purchase from the same email used at checkout; and (b) you have consumed less than ten percent (10%) of the course or materials. Consumption may be evidenced by our platform metrics (e.g., lessons opened, video watch time, downloads, logins, or community joins). Upon a qualifying request, we will process a full refund and revoke access.

7.3 Final Sale After 24 Hours or ≥10% Consumed. After the 24-hour window or once ten percent (10%) or more of the content has been accessed, all sales are final. Initiating chargebacks in conflict with these Terms may be treated as misuse and disputed with the payment provider.

7.4 Subscriptions & Recurring Billing. For any subscription or membership products (including LaserSell), you may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; the current billing period is non-refundable. Access continues through the end of the paid period and then ends automatically. If your subscription is purchased, billed, or managed through a third-party platform (such as Whop), you must cancel through that platform and you are responsible for complying with its terms and processes.

7.5 Payment Plans & Defaults. If a scheduled installment fails, we may suspend access until the balance is paid. You authorize us to retry charges and to use updated card information provided by your issuer or payment processor.

7.6 EU/UK Digital Access Waiver. If you are located in the EU/UK, you acknowledge that by requesting immediate access to digital content you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law.

7.7 LaserSell Trial. We may offer a 7-day free trial for the LaserSell subscription (the “Trial”). During the Trial, you may receive access to LaserSell without being charged the monthly subscription fee; however:

  • Automatic billing after Trial. If you do not cancel before the Trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the then-current monthly subscription price (currently $59.99/month USD, unless otherwise displayed at checkout).
  • Success fees still apply. During the Trial, you may still incur the LaserSell Success Fee described in Section 7.10 on applicable profitable sells executed through LaserSell.
  • No refunds for Success Fees. Success Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including if you cancel during the Trial.
  • Trial changes/limits. We may modify, limit, or discontinue Trials at any time (for example, limiting Trials to one per user, wallet, or account), to the extent permitted by law.

7.8 LaserSell License Subscription Fee. LaserSell is offered on a subscription basis via Whop. The monthly subscription price is the price shown at checkout. Your subscription may renew automatically unless you cancel through Whop. Subscription charges are non-refundable for the current billing period (see Section 7.4). If you cancel, you may continue to use LaserSell through the end of the then-current paid billing period (subject to these Terms), but you will not be charged for subsequent periods. We may change pricing or plan structure from time to time; any changes will be reflected at checkout and/or in posted updates to these Terms.

7.9 LaserSell License Keys; One Wallet Per License; Multiple Devices/Instances. LaserSell access is controlled via license keys issued/managed through Whop (or another platform we designate). Each license is intended for use with one wallet address at a time. To verify your license, we may require you to sign a verification message from your wallet, and we may associate your license with your wallet address. If you attempt to use a license with a different wallet address, access may be blocked or disabled.

Multiple devices/instances. You may install and use LaserSell on multiple devices and may run multiple instances, provided they are all using the same wallet associated with your license. Multiple team members may share the license only if they share the same wallet. You are responsible for all activity conducted through the licensed wallet and any devices running LaserSell. Running multiple instances is permitted but not recommended, and we may restrict or change these terms in the future if multi-instance usage causes abuse, security risk, or service disruption.

7.10 LaserSell Success Fee (5% of Profit Estimate; Only on Certain Profitable LaserSell Sells). In addition to the subscription fee, we charge a success fee equal to 5% of profit on certain sells that are executed through LaserSell (the “Success Fee”). This is not a fee on the full transaction amount, total swap value, or gross sale proceeds.

  • When it applies. The Success Fee applies only when: (i) the sell is executed through LaserSell (meaning LaserSell generates the transaction or signing payload and you sign/submit it using LaserSell); (ii) LaserSell classifies the sell as a profit-taking/target sell; and (iii) LaserSell’s profit estimate for that sell is greater than zero. The Success Fee does not apply to sells classified as stop-loss, timeout/forced exit, or manual sells, or when the profit estimate is not positive.
  • How “profit” is determined for the Success Fee. For purposes of calculating the Success Fee, “profit” means LaserSell’s software-generated estimate of profit denominated in SOL (or the smallest unit of SOL), calculated as: estimated sale proceeds − estimated cost basis. LaserSell estimates (a) cost basis using available on-chain transaction information associated with your purchase and (b) sale proceeds using then-current public protocol state and applicable protocol fees for your position at the time the sell is triggered. Important: This is an estimate used for fee calculation and may not match your realized or “net” profit after slippage, priority fees, third-party tips, failed/aborted execution, MEV, congestion, outages, or other costs and conditions.
  • Success Fee amount. When applicable, the Success Fee equals 5% of the positive profit estimate, rounded down to the smallest unit of SOL.
  • How it is charged. When applicable, the transaction you sign through LaserSell will include an on-chain transfer paying the Success Fee to a wallet we designate. By signing and submitting the transaction, you authorize that payment. You do not owe a Success Fee for sells you execute outside of LaserSell.
  • Non-refundable. Success Fees are non-refundable in all cases, including during Trials, after cancellation, and even if you believe your trade was unprofitable after considering network fees, tips, slippage, or other costs.
  • Example (illustrative). If LaserSell estimates you spent 1.00 SOL to acquire a position and estimates that a sell would return 1.40 SOL at the time it triggers, the profit estimate is 0.40 SOL and the Success Fee is 0.02 SOL.

7.11 Network Fees, Priority Fees, Protocol Fees, and Third-Party Tips (Including a Sender Tip). Your use of LaserSell may incur blockchain network fees and third-party fees paid from your wallet to execute transactions. These fees are separate from and in addition to the LaserSell subscription fee and any Success Fee, and may include: (a) blockchain network transaction fees; (b) priority fees used to increase the likelihood or speed of inclusion; (c) protocol fees charged by third-party protocols you interact with; and (d) third-party tips that LaserSell may include to facilitate transaction submission (for example, a sender tip to a designated infrastructure provider). We do not control these fees, and we do not refund them. The sender tip amount typically ranges from 0.0002 SOL to 0.003 SOL per transaction, but may vary and may change over time.

7.12 Taxes. You are responsible for determining and paying all taxes, duties, and governmental assessments associated with your use of the Services, including any taxes related to your trading activity. Our fees do not include taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. We do not provide tax advice and do not provide tax documentation beyond standard receipts and billing records.

8. Suspension, Termination, and Updates

8.1 Suspension or Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access to any Service (including LaserSell), immediately and without notice where permitted by law, if: (a) you breach this Agreement or any Incorporated Policy; (b) we suspect fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or unauthorized access; (c) you attempt to use one license across multiple wallets at the same time; (d) you interfere with or disrupt the Services or our systems; (e) required by law, regulation, court order, or a third-party platform/provider; (f) you fail to pay fees due; or (g) we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use poses a security risk or may cause service disruption.

8.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your license ends and your right to access and use the Services stops. You remain responsible for: (a) any fees incurred prior to termination (including any Success Fees authorized by transactions you signed); and (b) your own open positions, wallets, and transactions. Except where required by law, we do not provide refunds for termination or suspension, including for any unused subscription time.

8.3 Updates; Deprecation; Changes. We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including changing features, supported protocols, and technical requirements. We may require you to install updates (including security updates) as a condition of continued use, and we may stop supporting older versions of LaserSell. Older versions may stop working without notice. We may also change or remove APIs, dashboards, or extension functionality. We are not responsible for any impact on your trading activity, configurations, or workflows caused by updates or deprecations.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

9.1 Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

9.2 Informal Resolution. You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting support@xen.world before filing a claim.

9.3 Arbitration. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Florida, USA under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party bears its own costs; the prevailing party may recover reasonable attorneys’ fees.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after posted changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Updates to Incorporated Policies (e.g., Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Code of Conduct) may be posted on their respective pages and are effective upon posting; continued use of the Services after any update constitutes acceptance.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign this Agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law.

11.2 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

11.3 Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

11.4 Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the Incorporated Policies and any offer-specific terms presented at checkout, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersedes prior or contemporaneous understandings.

11.5 Notices; Electronic Communications. We may provide notices to you electronically (for example, via the Services, via Whop, or via email). You consent to receive communications electronically.

11.6 Force Majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including network outages, third-party service outages, acts of government, or force majeure events.

11.7 Survival. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 3 (Intellectual Property), 5 (Disclaimers), 6 (Limitation of Liability), 7 (Payment obligations for fees already incurred), 9 (Dispute Resolution), and 11 (Miscellaneous).
