XEN provides education, memberships, digital products, communities, and software tools, including the proprietary LaserSell software (collectively, the “Services”). Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all content, community discussion, and tools are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
LaserSell subscribers may have access to the same Telegram group chat and communities as other XEN customers. Community chat is general discussion and does not constitute individualized advice, instructions, or guarantees.
2. No Professional Advice
Nothing on this site or in our Services constitutes medical, psychological, legal, tax, investment, trading, or financial advice. We are not your therapist, attorney, accountant, broker, dealer, or fiduciary. You should consult qualified professionals before acting on information provided.
3. LaserSell Is a Software Tool; Non-Custodial
LaserSell is a software tool that may help you monitor on-chain activity and prepare, sign, and/or submit blockchain transactions using third-party networks and providers. LaserSell is intended to be non-custodial: you control your wallet(s) and funds at all times.
We do not take custody of your funds. We do not ask for or collect your seed phrase or private keys. Wallet signing happens locally in the LaserSell application. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet(s), safeguarding your device(s), and reviewing anything you sign or submit.
4. Trading & Blockchain Risk Disclosures
Trading and interacting with blockchains and third-party protocols is high risk. Blockchain transactions can be irreversible and may fail, delay, be reordered, or execute at unfavorable prices due to slippage, MEV, congestion, outages, protocol rules, protocol fees, priority fees, third-party tips, RPC issues, or other conditions. You can lose some or all funds in your wallet. We do not guarantee execution, speed, inclusion, ordering, pricing, profitability, availability, or accuracy.
Any “profit,” “PnL,” “cost basis,” “proceeds,” or similar metrics displayed by LaserSell are software-generated estimates and may not match your realized results after fees, slippage, delays, failed/partial execution, or other costs. Where LaserSell charges a success fee based on a “profit estimate used for fee calculation,” that profit estimate is not a statement of your realized profit.
Your use of LaserSell may require you to pay blockchain network fees, priority fees, protocol fees, and third-party tips from your wallet. These fees are separate from any subscription charges and may be paid even when a transaction fails or no profit is realized. We do not control these fees and we do not refund them.
5. No SLA; No Liability for Missed Trades, Missed Profit Windows, or Losses
We do not provide any service-level agreement (SLA) or uptime guarantee, and we do not guarantee response times for support.
You acknowledge and agree that software tools can fail. LaserSell may crash, freeze, stop monitoring, fail to detect events, fail to submit transactions, submit transactions that fail, or otherwise behave unexpectedly. Your device, network, RPC provider, blockchain conditions, third-party protocols, Whop, Telegram, or other services may be unavailable or degraded.
We are not liable for any missed profit windows, missed sells/buys, failed execution, delays, incorrect triggers, unfilled or partially-filled transactions, inability to access the Services, outages, degraded performance, or any trading losses arising from your use of LaserSell or any other Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Some features may be labeled or treated as beta/experimental features. Beta/experimental features may be unstable, may change or be removed at any time, and are used at your own risk.
6. Results & Earnings Disclaimer
Success stories and outcomes featured here are authentic, yet they are not typical and do not guarantee that you will achieve similar income, trading performance, relationships, status, or personal outcomes. Results depend on many factors including your background, experience, resources, timing, market conditions, mindset, and effort.
7. Taxes
You are responsible for your own tax reporting and compliance. We do not provide tax advice. Where applicable, we may provide receipts, but we do not provide individualized tax documentation beyond what is required or provided through our payment/commerce platforms.
8. Third-Party Platforms & Affiliations
Our Services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms and providers (for example: Telegram for community access; Whop for licensing and billing; public blockchains; third-party RPC providers; and third-party protocols). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security, outages, fees, pricing, terms, or actions.
We are not responsible for statements, advice, or conduct of other community members. References to third-party platforms or trademarks are for identification only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.
9. Security & “Hacker Methodology” Ethics
Any cybersecurity, reconnaissance, or “hacker methodology” content is provided for lawful, ethical, and defensive/educational use only. You agree not to use this information to access, disrupt, or interfere with systems without explicit permission, and you remain solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or purchasing/using any XEN Service (including LaserSell), you agree to this Disclaimer and to our Terms of Service (and, for LaserSell users, the LaserSell EULA). If you are unwilling to accept these terms, do not use the Services.
