DISCLAIMER

1. Scope

This Disclaimer applies to XEN LLC d/b/a LaserSell (“Company,” “we,” “us”) and our websites, open-source client applications, proprietary APIs, WebSocket streams, smart contracts, documentation, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

2. No Professional or Financial Advice

Nothing in the Services constitutes legal, tax, investment, trading, or financial advice. We are not your broker, dealer, accountant, or financial fiduciary. You should consult qualified professionals before acting on any information or market data provided by our Services. All trading decisions are made solely by you.

3. LaserSell Is Non-Custodial Infrastructure

LaserSell is a suite of software tools designed to help you monitor on-chain activity and prepare, route, and submit blockchain transactions using third-party networks. The Services are non-custodial; you retain control over your wallet(s) and funds at all times.

We do not take custody of your funds. Our API does not ask for, collect, or store your seed phrases or private keys. When using the desktop application or API/SDK clients, transaction signing occurs locally on your own hardware. When using the web trading application, transaction signing is performed by Privy, Inc. within a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE), a hardware-isolated enclave. Your private key is never accessible to LaserSell, and you may export it at any time. By enabling web trading, you authorize LaserSell to request Privy to sign transactions on your behalf (delegated signing), including automatic trades triggered by your configured exit strategy.

You are solely responsible for securing your wallet(s), safeguarding your API keys, configuring your trading strategy, and reviewing any transaction payload before signing and submitting it to the blockchain.

4. Trading & Blockchain Risk Disclosures

Trading and interacting with cryptocurrencies, memecoins, and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols is highly speculative, volatile, and inherently risky. You can lose some or all of the funds in your wallet. The Solana blockchain and associated liquidity pools are decentralized and subject to network congestion, exploits, halted block production, and extreme price slippage.

Furthermore, our on-chain router smart contracts interact with rapidly changing decentralized exchanges (DEXs). While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that trades will route successfully, achieve a specific price, or avoid front-running/MEV attacks.

5. "As Is" / No Guarantee of Performance

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uptime, speed, reliability, or accuracy of the API, WebSocket streams, smart contracts, or automated trading execution.

We are not responsible or liable for any missed profit windows, missed sells/buys, failed execution, WebSocket disconnects, API rate limit delays, incorrect triggers, unfilled or partially-filled transactions, inability to access the Services, outages, degraded network performance, or any trading losses arising from your use of LaserSell or any other Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Automated and Unattended Execution. The web trading feature executes transactions automatically based on your configured strategy, including while you are offline or not monitoring the dashboard. Copy trading (mirror trading) automatically replicates trades made by wallets you choose to watch. We are not liable for losses resulting from automated execution, including trades triggered by strategy misconfiguration, adverse market conditions, copying unprofitable wallets, or execution during periods of extreme volatility. You are solely responsible for the strategies you configure and the wallets you choose to copy.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our Services integrate with and rely on third-party platforms and providers (for example: Whop for subscription billing and affiliate commission payouts; Supabase for authentication and database hosting; Privy, Inc. for wallet key management in Trusted Execution Environments; Discord and Telegram for community support; public blockchains; third-party RPC nodes; and third-party DEX protocols). We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security, outages, fees, changing terms, or actions.

We are not responsible for statements, advice, or conduct of other community members. References to third-party platforms, tokens, or trademarks are for identification only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By using our websites, APIs, or open-source software, you agree to this Disclaimer, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service. If you are unwilling to accept these terms and the associated risks of decentralized trading, do not use the Services.
