Code of Conduct
Effective date: January 6, 2026
XEN is committed to a professional, respectful, and secure environment. This Code applies to all participants across our courses, communities, coaching, and platforms (including Telegram/Whop/private groups) and to users of LaserSell. By participating, you agree to the following:
1. Respect & Professionalism
- Treat all members and staff with courtesy and professionalism.
- No harassment, discrimination, hate speech, threats, doxxing, stalking, or abusive conduct.
- No impersonation or misrepresentation of identity, credentials, or affiliation (including pretending to be XEN staff, moderators, or support).
2. Privacy & Confidentiality
- What is shared in coaching, groups, or private forums is confidential. Do not copy, quote, forward, screenshot, or redistribute without explicit permission from the people involved.
- No recording (audio/video/screen-capture) of sessions or communities without prior written authorization from XEN.
- Do not solicit, collect, publish, or trade other members’ personal data, wallet addresses, handles, or contact information without consent.
- If you choose to share wallet addresses, transaction links, or on-chain activity in the community, understand that blockchains are public and you do so at your own risk.
3. Lawful Use & Ethics
- All content and tools are for lawful, ethical, and responsible use only.
- Strictly prohibited: unauthorised access, exploitation, phishing, malware, credential sharing/trafficking, social engineering, interference with systems you do not own/control or lack explicit written permission to test.
- Do not use our communities or tools to facilitate fraud, market manipulation, sanctions evasion, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
- Follow all applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party terms (e.g., Telegram, Whop, Stripe, Meta/Instagram, blockchain/protocol terms).
4. Intellectual Property
- All XEN materials (courses, videos, writings, tools, frameworks) and all LaserSell software and related materials are XEN’s proprietary intellectual property.
- No reproduction, resale, public sharing, mirroring, redistribution, or derivative works without written permission.
- Do not share LaserSell binaries, license keys, access credentials, private builds, changelogs, or unreleased features publicly or with unauthorized persons. Any sharing must comply with your LaserSell license and applicable terms.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code or bypass licensing/authentication/security mechanisms.
5. Community Conduct & Promotions
- Keep engagement constructive and aligned with the purpose of the program/community.
- No spam, mass DMs, or unsolicited promotions. Promotions require explicit prior approval from XEN.
- No “guaranteed results,” earnings promises, or financial performance claims.
- No coordinated shilling, pump-and-dump behavior, or attempts to pressure members into trading decisions.
6. Security, Access & Automation Abuse
- Do not share logins to Whop, dashboards, or other access-controlled services. Do not attempt to bypass access controls.
- Do not share community access (including Telegram invite links) with unauthorized persons or attempt to help others bypass paid access requirements.
- No bots, scraping, automated collection of member content, or automated attacks against our sites/services/APIs.
- No attempts to probe, exploit, or disrupt LaserSell services (APIs, telemetry, dashboards) or other XEN infrastructure.
- Report suspected vulnerabilities or abusive behavior to support@xen.world—do not exploit them.
7. LaserSell Safety & Support Hygiene (Telegram/Community)
- Never share your seed phrase or private keys. XEN staff will never ask for them. Anyone asking you for them is attempting fraud.
- When requesting LaserSell support, redact sensitive information (private keys, seed phrases, session tokens, API keys). If you share logs, do so carefully.
- Do not post instructions, tools, or “workarounds” intended to bypass LaserSell licensing, fees, security controls, or service limits.
- Do not represent community discussion as financial advice. Community discussion is not individualized investment advice and should not be treated as such.
8. Payments, Subscriptions & Fair Use
- Access is contingent on timely payment and compliance with Terms of Service and any applicable product terms (including the LaserSell EULA for LaserSell users).
- Excessive or abusive usage (including behavior that degrades service reliability or harms other users) may trigger access limits, suspensions, or other restrictions.
9. Enforcement
- XEN may remove content, issue warnings, restrict features, suspend, or permanently remove access for violations.
- Serious or repeated violations may result in removal without refund (see Terms of Service, Refunds).
- Moderation decisions are at XEN’s sole discretion. You may contact support@xen.world to request review.
10. Updates & Incorporation
- This Code may be updated at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
- This Code is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service and works alongside the Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and (for LaserSell users) the LaserSell EULA.
