Code of Conduct

Last updated: March 31, 2026

Version: 2026-03-31

XEN LLC d/b/a LaserSell (“Company”, “we”, “us”) is committed to a professional, respectful, and secure environment. This Code applies to all participants across LaserSell and related community/support channels we operate (including our Discord and Telegram servers) and to users of LaserSell software, APIs, and services. By participating, you agree to the following:

1. Respect & Professionalism

  • Treat all members and staff with courtesy and professionalism.
  • No harassment, discrimination, hate speech, threats, doxxing, stalking, or abusive conduct.
  • No impersonation or misrepresentation of identity, credentials, or affiliation (including pretending to be LaserSell staff, moderators, or support).

2. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Do not copy, quote, forward, screenshot, or redistribute private support communications without explicit permission from the people involved.
  • Do not solicit, collect, publish, or trade other members’ personal data, wallet addresses, handles, or contact information without consent.
  • If you choose to share wallet addresses, transaction links, or on-chain activity in the community, understand that blockchains are public and you do so at your own risk.

3. Lawful Use

  • Use LaserSell and our channels for lawful purposes only.
  • Strictly prohibited: fraud, phishing, malware, credential theft, social engineering, market manipulation, sanctions evasion, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
  • Do not attempt to access, disrupt, or interfere with systems you do not own/control or lack explicit permission to test.
  • Follow all applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party terms (e.g., Discord, Telegram, blockchain/protocol terms).

4. Intellectual Property & Open Source

  • Open Source Components: The LaserSell client and SDK are open-source under the MIT License. You are free to use, modify, and distribute them in accordance with that license.
  • Proprietary Infrastructure: Our hosted backend infrastructure, APIs, WebSocket streams, and dashboards are proprietary. No reproduction, mirroring, redistribution, or derivative works of the backend infrastructure are permitted without written permission, except as explicitly granted in your subscription tier.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of our proprietary backend or smart contracts.

5. User-Generated Content & Profile Standards

  • Profile pictures must not contain obscene, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable imagery. No impersonation of real people, brands, or organizations.
  • Referral usernames must not contain profanity, slurs, scam-related terms, competitor names, or anything misleading or offensive. We maintain a blacklist and reserve the right to change any username at any time.
  • We may remove any user-generated content (profile pictures, usernames) without notice if it violates these standards.

6. Community Conduct & Promotions

  • Keep engagement constructive and aligned with the purpose of the community.
  • No spam, mass DMs, or unsolicited promotions. Promotions require explicit prior approval from us.
  • No “guaranteed results,” earnings promises, or financial performance claims.
  • No coordinated shilling, pump-and-dump behavior, or attempts to pressure members into trading decisions.

7. Referral Program Integrity

  • Do not create fake or duplicate accounts to generate referral earnings (self-referral).
  • Do not engage in wash trading, volume manipulation, or any activity designed to artificially inflate referral earnings.
  • Do not misrepresent your referral link as an official LaserSell link, promotion, or endorsement.
  • Do not spam referral links in communities, DMs, or platforms where it is not welcome or permitted.
  • Violations may result in referral account suspension, earnings forfeiture, and username revocation.

8. Web Trading Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for configuring your exit strategy and understanding the automated trading behavior it produces.
  • Do not run web trading and desktop trading on the same wallet simultaneously unless you understand that both may attempt to execute the same trade.
  • Do not attempt to exploit the web trading infrastructure to submit unauthorized transactions, bypass rate limits, or access other users' sessions.
  • If you import a wallet's private key into the web trading system, you accept the risk of delegated signing via Privy's TEE. Export and secure your key as a backup.

9. Security, Access & Abuse

  • Do not share your API keys or attempt to help others bypass subscription access requirements, rate limits, or concurrency caps (e.g., API key "pooling").
  • No bots, scraping, automated collection of member content, or automated attacks against our sites/services/APIs.
  • No attempts to probe, exploit, or disrupt LaserSell services or infrastructure.
  • Report suspected vulnerabilities to our security team at security@lasersell.io—do not exploit them.

10. LaserSell Safety & Support Hygiene

  • Never share your seed phrase or private keys. Our staff will never ask for them. Anyone asking you for them is attempting fraud.
  • When requesting support, redact sensitive information (private keys, seed phrases, session tokens, API keys). If you share logs, do so carefully.
  • Do not post instructions, tools, or “workarounds” intended to bypass API rate limits, Router Fees, or security controls.
  • Community discussion is not individualized financial advice and should not be treated as such.

11. Enforcement

  • We may remove content, issue warnings, restrict features, downgrade tiers, suspend, or permanently revoke API access for violations.
  • Serious or repeated violations may result in account termination without refund (all subscription payments are final).
  • Moderation decisions are at our sole discretion. You may contact support@lasersell.io to request a review.

12. Updates & Incorporation

  • This Code may be updated at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
  • This Code is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and works alongside the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.
